This role sits at the intersection of relationship-building, consultative sales, and follow-up execution, helping ensure every qualified lead receives clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a high-quality sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging and qualifying inbound and outbound sales leads
  • Building rapport and trust through meaningful sales conversations
  • Conducting sales calls, follow-ups, texts, and meetings
  • Presenting 7 Figure Flipping programs clearly and confidently
  • Guiding prospects through the decision-making and enrollment process
  • Tracking daily activity, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Collaborating with marketing and leadership to improve messaging and conversion
  • Identifying opportunities for retention, upsell, and long-term relationship growth

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable having sales conversations and asking for the close

Event Coordinator Assistant

The Event Coordinator Assistant helps ensure our events and partnership initiatives are organized, supported, and executed smoothly from start to finish.

This role sits at the intersection of event logistics, administrative coordination, and partner support, helping maintain a high standard across every event touchpoint and detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with event planning, timelines, and logistical coordination
  • Supporting venue research, vendor coordination, and event materials sourcing
  • Helping manage registrations, attendee lists, confirmations, and check-in support
  • Assisting with event-related communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating correspondence with vendors, partners, speakers, and internal teams
  • Maintaining event calendars, tracking sheets, documentation, and expense records

This role sits at the intersection of member support, engagement, and retention, helping maintain a high standard across every touchpoint our members experience from onboarding to ongoing participation in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting new members through onboarding and early engagement
  • Managing member communications across community platforms and direct outreach
  • Assisting with engagement in calls, events, and accountability groups
  • Monitoring member activity and flagging at-risk or disengaged members
  • Responding to member questions, requests, and support needs with care and clarity
  • Helping track member activity, feedback, and success indicators
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the member experience, communication, and support systems

Qualifications
