Originally from Michigan, I am gradually becoming a southerner while still maintaining a few midwestern traits (and maybe an accent). I have an unmatched tenacity and competitive nature stemming from my background and love for sports. I live in Tennessee with my wife, Melissa, of 10 years and our Yorkie, Prince. I am a gym rat by-way of supporting my wife’s passion and business in the fitness industry. Despite our passion for fitness, we are foodies and will try anything once!
