Something powerful happened last week.
Over 200 investors packed the room in Clearwater Beach for our 10th Anniversary Mastermind.
In 3 days, we raised $111,000 for the 7 Figure Foundation, handed out First Deal, 7 Figure, and even 8 Figure Awards.
We shared strategies from some of the biggest names in the game, like Phil Green, one of the top flippers in the country.
The energy was insane.
Today, I am breaking down the biggest lessons from the event, the mindset breakthroughs, the systems top operators are using right now, and the one thing every investor needs to master going into 2026.
People at that event made decisions that will change the next decade of their lives.
They walked in as investors and walked out as business owners.
That shift changes everything.
And, if you don't want next year to look exactly like this one...

00;00;00;00 - 00;00;38;26UnknownWe talked about marketing and artificial intelligence and how it is changing the space and what we think will happen over the next year. Some even predicting that sales or virtual assistants will completely go away completely unnecessary within a year due to artificial intelligence. Meaning not just VA is not just lead manager. Some people are saying even your sales reps or acquisition managers, if you're an acquisition manager and you're listening to this, you better step your game up because AI is coming for you.00;00;38;28 - 00;01;13;18UnknownWelcome back to the Seven Finger Flipping Podcast. I'm your host, Adam Whitney, and I'm excited to talk about what we just experienced over the last couple of days in Clearwater, Florida, at an event for members called The Edge. Super, super amazing event and saying the whole theme of this event was what we can see, discover, do, collaborate, partner on to gain an edge and 2026 inside of our businesses.00;01;13;19 - 00;01;37;14UnknownNow the people inside of our community are business owners. They're not just house flippers. We don't even have people in our community who haven't done a deal. We do. It's like 1 or 2 and they probably just got here, and we will definitely get them to a deal with two levels of our community. We have the runway level and the altitude level, which is the more experienced business owners.00;01;37;14 - 00;02;12;18UnknownAnd I tell you that because at this event, we had both communities there together running simultaneous events, runway event and an altitude event. We got to come together from some amazing, amazing event presentations and just really, really cool collaboration and execution of certain things like our give ask walk, which I'll talk about in a minute. But I want to talk about what we did over the two days in Clearwater, specifically in our higher, higher level group, the altitude community, and what that experience was like.00;02;12;18 - 00;02;42;01UnknownI had pages and pages of notes, and it got kicked off by a Navy Seal who gave his ten principles for leadership and mindset, and they were all legitimately amazing. And it's just really great to hear from somebody who, grew up and was born in the Navy Seal community and then transitioned to real estate and business and is successful, obviously, in both of those.00;02;42;03 - 00;03;10;14UnknownBut the one big takeaway I had from that particular presentation was the definition of discipline. And he kind of pulled the room on what their definition of discipline was. And it really got me thinking what mine was. And honestly, it is simply the ability for one to do the things they don't want to do it, that they don't want to do, when they don't want to do it like that is discipline.00;03;10;17 - 00;03;43;10UnknownBecause if you're doing something that you like, that doesn't really take discipline. If you're eating ice cream, does that really take discipline to do it? I don't think so because it's something you want to do. Okay. So that was my biggest takeaway from that particular presentation. There was a major, major success in kicking off the event. And then we went through the next couple of days getting serve some of the most amazing information, like, we went deep into artificial intelligence with two of our members, both Phil Greene and Sharad Trott.00;03;43;10 - 00;04;11;07UnknownOwens recently, Phil Greene is one of the biggest flippers, if not the biggest flipper in the country. I thought that was incredibly interesting. And then maybe two of my most, most of the two most impactful presentations were these two back to back presentations from our members, Joseph brother, who's an amazing investor down in Pinehurst, North Carolina.00;04;11;09 - 00;04;31;11UnknownWalk us through his journey on going from flipping high end custom homes to new development, custom high end luxury, and what the two to tell is and how much money he wasn't making and for how long, and then how much money he's making now. And I'll tell you, it's not more than seven figures. It's a couple seven figures.00;04;31;13 - 00;04;51;01UnknownBut it took a long road and that was just really amazing to hear his story and, what it took to get there. Okay. And then that was followed up by one of my favorite people in the world, Kyle Robinson, who has one of the most beautiful businesses in Des Moines, Iowa. It starts with this retail agent business and what he does to serve agents today.00;04;51;01 - 00;05;28;24UnknownIt's a little different than it was a few years ago. But he's he's got all these vertices that are integrated from roofing to marketing to, insurance to mortgage, all just like this in-house, one shot, one stop shop where instead of having to do more transactions, he's making more money off of each transaction. And the beautiful thing about Kyle was, we got to award Kyle with the eight figure award, meaning he did over eight figures in his business and his across his businesses and, gross profit.00;05;28;28 - 00;05;52;10UnknownReally cool for him to give that presentation, talk about the vertices and how people can immediately implement them in their business. Today, for example, he talked about joint venturing with their title companies, which are already taking business too currently. So that was pretty amazing. And then I'm a nerd, I like data, I like to know what's going on in the market and every, every event.00;05;52;12 - 00;06;35;00UnknownSomebody within our community gives the state of the market presentation, gives a state of the market presentation. That's been Andy McFarlane in the past. It's been me. It's been Terry Burger, typically somebody who likes and tracks data. And this year we, we were lucky enough to have Jay Scott, former Biggerpockets guy, wrote a whole bunch of books, flipping houses and, you know, he hung out with us for a couple of days, you know, just just in the room with the house flippers where he kind of grew up in real estate, and then he just delivered an insanely valuable and I mean, insanely valuable presentation, not just on the state of the market,00;06;35;00 - 00;06;57;26Unknownbut the things that are affecting the market and what that means specifically for house flippers and, I just did a podcast with Jay not too long ago, so you can go check that podcast out now. Of course, in person, he went way, way more in-depth. And he gave very specific strategies on how to maximize in today's market for our community.00;06;57;29 - 00;07;31;12UnknownAnd I just I thought that was amazing. Those are just some of the highlights. Here's the thing, though, that none of that was even my top favorite thing of the entire event. My top favorite thing, the absolute best thing that happened at the event was when the seven figure Foundation came up on the stage and talked about all the lives impact, all the money raised, all the impact trips our members have been on, and what a difference our they're making in the world.00;07;31;14 - 00;07;53;25UnknownAnd of course, this foundation was launched by internal by members, not by seven finger flipping ourselves, but by our members. And the idea behind it was, we want to do more than just give money. We want to be able to go and impact people in person. And we also want to know where the money's actually going, like what kind of overhead and ab and costs are in these other organizations.00;07;53;25 - 00;08;24;15UnknownWe just really, really don't know in detail. So we had some members start it four years ago. We've since then we've raised well over a million bucks now at this point. But at the event. So we had about 200 investors there, roughly at the event, we raised $111,000 from about 200 investors. They donated literally $111,000 to the seven figure Foundation.00;08;24;17 - 00;09;07;02UnknownAnd I just thought that that was so representative of our members and of our community. And that was by far my favorite thing. And then we have one other really cool, really, really cool presentation that I think is going to benefit our community massively. We've got a partner who's come in to our community and can run all the way to their publicly traded company, and they can run all the rehabs and construction in about 26 or 7 different markets, not everywhere in the United States, but they can partner up with our members, maybe, who are doing a lot of marketing or they have capacity and how much they can do, and they can00;09;07;02 - 00;09;29;10Unknownexpand that capacity massively. And, for folks who are maybe just wholesaling and didn't feel like they could do flips because they didn't have the construction arm, now these people are able to maximize profits and returns. I think that was a pretty cool presentation. That's a really cool partner we have. So it was cool. I love this event.00;09;29;12 - 00;09;48;06UnknownPeople have said to me already, this is probably the best event they've ever been to. The swag was crazy. I got a lot of great compliments on the swag there. Our altitude community got this really cool North North face backpacks, really awesome Nike hats and some other really, really cool stuff like the Granite Cube and things like that.00;09;48;06 - 00;10;09;01UnknownBut incredible event. I feel super blessed to be a part of this community to this day. Even though I'm the CEO of Seven Finger Flipping, I still get a ton out of every single one of these events because there are people in the community doing more than I'm doing, and even for people doing less than me, I always find a way to learn something from everybody.00;10;09;04 - 00;10;32;12UnknownAnd it's this incredible community of givers. Oh, the other thing was we gave awards out. I mentioned Kyle had received the eight figure awards, so members got awards for, their first deal. If it could be their first deal in the community, it could be their first creative financial could be the first wholesale deal. Their first flip, so they get their first deal award.00;10;32;14 - 00;10;49;25UnknownIt could just be their first deal ever. That would be cool, too. We had a couple of those actually. So they get their first award, then we get a lift off for award. So people who went from runway to altitude, we got to give some of those and we gave seven figure awards. So anybody who did seven figures of gross profit in their business got the seven figure award.00;10;49;27 - 00;11;07;09UnknownNow of course, no, not everybody wants to build a big business doing tons and tons of deals and, you know, all the millions of dollars. Some people want a business designer on their life. So we give this thing called the Freedom Award. And, we were able to give out a few of those Freedom Awards, which I thought was really awesome.00;11;07;12 - 00;11;40;28UnknownBut this year we had a new award and it was called the Go Giver Award. Now, I'm sure other people have an award called Something similar because the book popularized it, but we do something completely different than any community where we brought our military backgrounds with, challenge coins and plaques to the awards in our community. So for the first deal, the seven figure and the lift off award, they get a big plaque with those three coins in it.00;11;40;28 - 00;12;05;26UnknownIt's really, really cool. And then for the Freedom Award, that's another big plaque with the coin in the center. Really awesome. And then we were able to give away a really, really amazing plaque with our a beautiful go giver coin, that was uniquely designed and has a ton of meaning for two members. It was technically three members, two businesses and our community.00;12;05;26 - 00;12;28;11UnknownAnd it was just, an absolute honor to stand on stage and be able to hand people the awards that they had earned. And of course, we had the most humble community in the industry. So, you know, when it's time for awards, everybody says, no, I don't need it, I don't want it, I don't need an award. And the truth is, is the awards aren't really for them.00;12;28;13 - 00;12;57;08UnknownThe awards represent their teams and the people who have shed blood, sweat and tears in that business and their business to help them realize their vision and their goals each and every year. And, when I tell them that they're way more accepting of the award, but that is the truth. It's not really about them. The, the 30s it takes to come on stage and get the award.00;12;57;11 - 00;13;29;26UnknownWell, you know, for a humble person, it's like, I don't really want to do that, but to get to take that photo back and get to take that award back to the team and just recognize the team and everything they've put into the business that that just like that goes a long way. So it goes a long ways and leadership and, I'm just grateful I got to hand some of those awards out this year, and even we received our seven figure award for maybe, I don't know, the 10th year in a row or something, but it was really cool, really, really cool experience and probably the best event we've put on in the00;13;29;26 - 00;13;56;28Unknownlast couple of years. And the crazy part is, is we put on insane member events, like our members come in and they get I mean, it's like elite. Everything we do is elite. So our member events are insane. Really awesome, really awesome. If you are thinking about getting into a community and you're not sure what the right community is and you're listening to our podcast, like you should just reach out, you should at least kick the tires.00;13;56;28 - 00;14;11;20UnknownTalk to our team. There'll be a link to it. So normally what happens is you fill out an application and then like somebody from my team will give you a call on to I mean, honestly, if you're not a good fit them, you're not a good fit enough or not a good fit for you will also tell you that.00;14;11;20 - 00;14;37;05UnknownAnd that's okay. Or maybe you're not ready for us and we'll send you to the book or keep you on the podcasts and the YouTube channel. But if you're looking for a community right now, those people that you can be around and come to these events and not just do real estate and business, but do life together, then I highly, highly recommend you click the link in the description and you talk to somebody on our team.00;14;37;07 - 00;15;01;12UnknownBecause if you're the right person, we want you. I hope you guys got a little bit of insight into how amazing our events are. I hope to talk to you soon, and if not, I'll see you on the next podcast.
