But also, there were a ton of things I’m really proud of.
I’m pulling back the curtain on exactly how we reflect, plan, and execute so you can do the same in your own business.

I'm your host, Adam Whitney, and I'm excited to talk to you guys today about what we've done over the last four days with the seven finger flipping team. I don't know if you guys know this. We have about 30 people in our organization that are literally dedicated to the success of real estate investors to build and grow their businesses, to create freedom in their life.

That comes with a lot of responsibility. And we put a lot of work into creating the best experience and creating the best opportunities for our people to have the most success in the industry. So we got together. We brought our entire team together to do four days of annual planning, and this year we did something a little bit different, something we have not done before, and we brought our entire company into the planning.

We spent the first two days with just our leadership team, our CEO, myself, Bill, the owner, all of our department leaders from marketing to sales to membership, you name it. Everybody in here from a leadership perspective. We got into the nitty gritty of what happened in 2025, looked at what targets we hit, what targets we didn't hit, and what are our targets to create growth in 2026.

Now, I hope that you guys are not just rolling over from 2025 into 2026 without setting goals, without reflecting on what you hit, what you did not hit in the past year. You can't just set goals. Forget about them because they'll never happen. Those are something. These are things that you have to look at and think about every day.

So we did that. We did the post fact analysis on 2025. We did some things incredibly well. We brought some amazing people into our community. We brought investors into our high level mastermind multitudes who were doing literally hundreds of deals a year with some amazing new construction and some luxury flippers, but lots of great house members. We got a whole bunch of like 1 to 10 tail people into our runway community and watched tons of people get their business going, like one deal and then two deals, and then three deals.

And the amount of success that the people in our community had was pretty incredible. So what when we looked at 2025, we said, what can we do to better support them, create more success, create more opportunities, get them more discounts on things that they're already using. Brand things that people aren't thinking about or talking about that give them a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

And put that into 2026 plan. So we put all that brainpower on the board. We brainstormed, we set our targets, and we did that over two days. We had some radical candor. We had tears. We had laughter. So radical candor. We tell our team to challenge directly, but care deeply. Everybody needs to have a voice in these planning meetings.

There can be no rank at the table. Everybody has to be able to voice their opinion, but also dish it out and take it in these meetings. Be open minded to multiple viewpoints and look to come to, solutions that are in the best interest of the organization. And that's, that's what our leadership team did. What was cool is we put a really strong plan together for 2026.

Of course, we didn't hang all of the meat on it. All of the details on it. We brought the rest of our entire team in. We talked to them about what we did in 2025. Complete transparency. We talk to them about what our goals are, what our targets are in 2026. And we talked about everybody aligning their one departmental Moneyball.

Number two, those goals. And we did that for two days, where our entire team got together and built out their departmental plans to support the company mission through 2026. In the past, we'd only done that with our leadership teams, and we had federated it out to the departmental leaders to go work with their teams and facilitate their own kind of training and facilitate their own planning sessions to determine, what we call as a rock.

A rock is just a basically a task over a quarter that must be done. So critically important, it moves the needle for your business. So you set rocks or smart rock specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely. And they actually move the needle and they take your company from where you are today to where you're actually wanting to go.

So and there are things that don't move the needle and you don't always get these things right. So we brought our team together. We talked about those. What what rocks do we set that were really just a time waster? Were the things that we did that maybe we built some SOP that nobody ever touched or used and probably isn't going to be useful in the future.

That had literally nothing to do with the growth of our company. Or maybe we built a soap that everybody uses and has created all this time and space for us to do better revenue generating activities. There are a lot of things that, we really looked at and put together for 2026 to get more focus, to only focus on the things that relate to how we define winning as a company.

And honestly, for us at Seven Vigor, flipping, winning for us is our members winning. The more members that we have winning, doing more flips, more profitable on their flips, focus on their net profit, focus on their net worth growth. Focus on building a team to get their time back. All of these things are indicators of success, of course.

You know, we all have our headaches and business. You have business problems because you have a business, so you can't expect a smooth ride. But we see so much success in our community. We just every year, how can we see more? How can we see more. And our team to see 30 people in the organization come together and literally just focus on how we can make other people successful is the most incredible thing I could be a part of.

So it was incredible. Four days of annual planning, literally ending it today. We just wrapped up. We're packing up, we're taking our plans. We're we're starting to prepare the actions that we're starting to do and planning to do for 2026. And I'm super, super excited.
