I just wrapped up an awesome podcast episode with Gino Wickman on Tuesday.

And one of the things he shared really hit home for me…

Gino talked about the “6 essentials traits” every entrepreneur MUST have.

(Without these 6 traits, it’s very hard to succeed at running your own business.)

These traits go deep.

They aren’t surface-level skills you can pick up from a self-help book.

They’re innate. They’re core to who you are.

And they’re absolutely critical to success.

But when I first got into real estate investing more than 5 years ago, I didn’t know anything about these “traits.”

I didn’t know what it meant to be a “visionary,” for example.

And I’m sure I’m not the only one.

I know a lot of investors are hearing this stuff for the first time right now…

And it just so happens that there are 6 incredible entrepreneurs on the 7 Figure Flipping board of directors who are shining examples of each of these characteristics Gino talked about.
