I Almost Lost My Family (Don't Do This)

This one might hit kind of hard…

I almost lost my family this year.

I haven’t really talked about it openly yet.

But I’m hoping this will resonate and maybe help someone who’s going through what I went through. So let’s get into it…

This year was challenging.

I was working too much.

I was putting in long hours.

I was disconnected and distracted.

As real estate investors and entrepreneurs, it’s easy to fall into this “trap.”

We were making some major pivots here at 7 Figure Flipping. We were taking our events virtual, canceling some events, restructuring, making changes to our mentoring groups… there was a lot going on.

And I was pouring myself into “work” more and more…

Ever felt like you’re not really “present” when you’re with your family?

For me, it came to a breaking point.

I knew something had to change.
