Hey! Today’s episode of the 7 Figure Flipping Podcast is a little different.

A lot of you know what my son James has been going through and the surgeries he’s had. Today he’s heading in for another surgery, hopefully the last for a long time.

So I wanted to take a few minutes and update those of you who have been following his story.

The Brett Boyer Foundation

Last week we got to be part of an incredible gala fundraiser event for the Brett Boyer Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and promoting more research into Congenital Heart Defects (CHD).

CHD affects 1 in 100 kids, but a lot of people don’t know much about it.
