It's that time of year.
A time to slow down and acknowledge how far we’ve come and the people who helped us get here.
I went from an 18-year-old kid with two options…
Jail or the military…
To a millionaire by 36 and a multimillionaire by 37.
None of it happened because I was “self-made.”
Everything I’ve built came from the rooms I fought to get into, the mentors who raised my standards…
And the community that refused to let me play small.
7 Figure Runway took me from doing a few deals to building a business that’s generated nearly $100M in real estate in just 5 years.
For this week only, we’re gifting LIFETIME access at nearly 50% off, something we’ve never done.
The same program people pay $15K every single year for…
…can now make a one-time payment if you join before Monday at midnight.
And honestly, it's worth it. I make that much on a single deal, and I've done 400+ since learning this system.

00;00;07;14 - 00;00;35;08UnknownWelcome back to the Seven Finger Flipping Podcast. Today. It's that time of year. It's a time to be thankful and express our gratitude for the things that we have, and maybe even for the things that we don't have. This time of year, I like to think about where I was this time last year, or five years ago, or ten years ago.00;00;35;10 - 00;01;01;28UnknownAnd you guys may have heard my story, but I grew up with a pretty rough upbringing, a bleak outlook on life. At the age of 18. I was given a second chance, and I got put into a room with leaders who rose me up, who helped me to develop as a man, as a husband, and as a father.00;01;02;01 - 00;01;32;00UnknownThey made me a better person in this world. And for those people, I'm personally grateful. But I want to fast forward to the end of my time serving. As I was retiring, I started this thing, this real estate journey. And then April of 2020, I saw this guy giving a presentation at an event called Veterans Life. His name was Bill Allen.00;01;32;03 - 00;01;58;28UnknownAnd what was really amazing about that. I'm so grateful for that moment. Was he gave a presentation. This guy was like flipping and wholesaling hundreds of houses. He had done it while he was active duty. He had a he he had some, obstacles to overcome. His son James had had five heart surgeries. He was managing a family, managing a business that was literally doing multi-millions of dollars.00;01;59;00 - 00;02;21;00UnknownAnd I just felt super inspired by that. I could see myself in Bill at that time, and it really encouraged me to take the leap of faith into entrepreneurship. I had felt called. I felt like I could do something more that I was called to do something beyond my service to the country, in the Department of Defense and the military.00;02;21;03 - 00;02;44;02UnknownI wanted to serve in a different capacity. And Bill gave me that opportunity. When I became a member of the seven finger flipping community and the amount of people in there, the amount of stuff in there that helped me to not just become a good real estate investor, because that part's actually pretty easy. But they developed me as a business leader.00;02;44;04 - 00;03;13;07UnknownNow, of course, I had leadership skills coming up through the the military. I mean, I led an organization of 205 Marines as their commander and those were lessons that transfer over. But business leadership is a little bit different in the military. People are assigned to you, and there's a judicial system that basically says they swore an oath to do exactly what you'll tell them to do.00;03;13;09 - 00;03;34;24UnknownAnd you kind of are in charge of them not just at work, but in their entire lives. Why you have them. So there's no like, I'm off work. I'm calling off work like, no, we're in this together 24 seven for the duration of time. Were together for the entire time. I'm a commander of a military service member. I'm in charge of.00;03;35;00 - 00;04;00;13UnknownI'm in charge. I'm responsible for everything they do or fail to do. 24 seven. Period. Okay. So they go out and get a DUI on their off time. I personally would be held accountable for that as their commander. I know it sounds kind of crazy, right? But that's how serious we take that responsibility. Now, that isn't the same as business leadership because you're not.00;04;00;16 - 00;04;12;22UnknownPeople can come and go. They don't. If they're not inspired by you, they don't see the vision. If you don't have the ability to inspire vision, if they can't fit inside your vision, they're not going to work with you.00;04;12;22 - 00;04;43;25UnknownEspecially good people. They're not going to stay. They won't want to be a part of it. So I came over to seven figure flipping and got mentored by Bill Allen, Mike Simmons, Andy McFarlane and so many other people along the way who shared their lessons. And in building not just a real estate empire, but their business. And I think this is the part where real estate investors are getting it wrong.00;04;43;28 - 00;05;11;19UnknownThey think they're building a real estate portfolio. They think they're building. They're doing a couple of house flips to make some cash, but it's a business and it has the same components as every business. It has a leader component. It has a marketing and sales component. It has an operations component and has an air and finance component. No different than Apple, no different than Microsoft.00;05;11;19 - 00;05;45;28UnknownAmazon, Google. All those organizations have a minimum of those three components, and so does yours. So Mike, Andy, Bill and the entire seven figure flipping community taught me the nuances of business, not just real estate. Real estate is a widget that helps us to achieve our goals. Now it's a super powerful widget. Obviously it has things that are available to you to help you grow wealth faster than anything else in the world.00;05;46;00 - 00;06;18;15UnknownSo yes, it's incredible and I'm grateful for those three and many, many others in the community who had lifted me up. But my gratitude goes beyond that. I'm grateful for my family who has supported me along the way my wife Jenny, my kids Alex and Evelyn. All three of them have sacrificed at times for the greater good. All three of them have been in support of my goals and ambitions for our family.00;06;18;18 - 00;06;43;08UnknownSo today I wake up grateful for all of them and, their support and their love for me. It's hard to do this business without support. And trust me, many people are a lot of people. A lot of your spouses, they don't understand what you're doing. They don't support you necessarily, and maybe they don't not support you, but they're just not really interested.00;06;43;08 - 00;07;07;16UnknownAnd you don't feel supported. That's not uncommon, by the way. You're not alone. I'm grateful because my wife, my family, my spouse, my kids, although at times they don't like it, they get it. They do support it. So I'm grateful for the support that I have in my life. I'm grateful for my mentors in the seven figure flipping community.00;07;07;19 - 00;07;36;02UnknownGrateful for my support at home. Here's the other thing I'm grateful for. I have had the opportunity and continue to have the opportunity to work with an elite team. In fact, I get to work with two elite teams a real estate business at blackjack real estate continues to thrive. In fact, in 2025, it's actually been one of our most profitable years by net margin.00;07;36;05 - 00;07;59;01UnknownI'll say that again because I know some people are going, Holy crap, I made no money in 2025 and 2025. Blackjack real estate has had one of the best net margin years, meaning the money, the percentage of money from the percentage we made that comes into the owner's pockets. It's been incredible this year. We've made some really smart moves, but we don't do that without what I'm grateful for.00;07;59;01 - 00;08;19;24UnknownAnd that's the team that I get to work with. My partner and our CEO, Lindsey Bill is my mentor and strategic advisor. Our acquisitions team, Alex and the the folks there, our lead gen team, Diane, Pat, Venus, Shella, Francis.00;08;19;27 - 00;08;28;12UnknownThe team that does the admin behind the scenes that makes the deals go from A to Z. Mia Joy C.00;08;28;15 - 00;08;56;20UnknownAll of the people on our team are incredible. I'm grateful for every one of them. Diane manages the large majority of our operations. It's crazy. Now, of course we we want to. We take care of our team. They we try to nest. We make sure that their life is nested within sight of our vision. That we're providing as much value is to them as possible.00;08;56;20 - 00;09;19;11UnknownSo they want to continue to grow with us. But I'm grateful for them because your business doesn't grow. People are the system. People are the thing that build the business. It's not the idea and the offer. It's like it's the people that do it. Your job is to pull it all together, cast a big vision and move it forward in spite of challenges.00;09;19;13 - 00;09;34;01UnknownNow that's on the real estate side. Over this past year, I've had the opportunity to lead the seven figure flipping community and team nearly 30 people on our team.00;09;34;03 - 00;10;03;19UnknownAll of them. All of them are completely bought into our mission of transforming people's lives through real estate, of being the most elite house flipping community in the country, which we've done for ten years in a row. There is not a better mastermind for house flippers in the country. They do not deliver what we deliver. Trust me, we've seen them all.00;10;03;21 - 00;10;08;03UnknownYou're just not getting what you get here.00;10;08;05 - 00;10;38;04UnknownAnd not only that, we have a massive amount of members who I'm grateful for. Hundreds of investors are part of our community because they believe in the mission. They believe that seven finger flipping as a collective members and the company can help to transform their business, can help them to achieve the level of service, impact and legacy that they're looking to achieve.00;10;38;06 - 00;10;48;27UnknownAnd because of them, it strengthens everybody else and our community. The strength of the Wolf is the pack.00;10;48;29 - 00;11;21;24UnknownI'm grateful for my mentors. I'm grateful for my family and their support. I'm grateful for my teams at blackjack and seven figure flipping. I'm also grateful for the members of the community who sharpen my skills. Every single day. They're not just members. They're friends. They're family. We do life together, not just business.00;11;21;26 - 00;11;41;01UnknownSo I wake up with a lot of gratitude, thinking about where I came from as a kid who had a choice between jail in the military at 18 years old, to becoming a millionaire at 36 and a multimillionaire at 37, and much more beyond.00;11;41;01 - 00;11;48;04UnknownAnd I didn't do that on my own. I'm not self-made. Self-made is garbage. It's not real.00;11;48;07 - 00;12;13;24UnknownNobody does anything on their own. You're telling me that somebody was self-made? They didn't have a support in their life. Not a single person who guided them. Not a coach, not a family that supported them. Not a community. Show me one doesn't exist. I'm not self-made. I'm made by the people who surround me and have poured into me over the years.00;12;14;04 - 00;12;38;10UnknownBill Allen, Mike Simmons, Annie McFarland, Tyler Jensen, you name it. This community, the military leaders that I had among my career who said, hey, I see potential in that guy. I'm going to pour into them, into that person to help develop them as a leader, as a man, as a husband, as a father. So, no, I'm not self-made.00;12;38;13 - 00;12;56;22UnknownBut because of those people, I was able to become a millionaire at 36 years old and a multimillionaire by 37. And I've been able to grow nearly $100 million real estate portfolio and just am less than, like in like five years.00;12;56;24 - 00;13;19;09UnknownAnd of course, many struggles along the way. But guess what? Those exact people. I'm grateful for that. Help me to help make me who I am. They pulled me through those and we all have them. Why? Because they also had those struggles. And this is what I have in the community. And the people that you surround yourself with is such a critical component to where you're going in life.00;13;19;10 - 00;13;48;00UnknownI there's this guy who sold his company for billions of dollars, and he talked about his upbringing and how he got to where he was. He wasn't like super rich, but he was smart and he was entrepreneurial. And what he did was he had a really smart friend, and they were getting bullied and picked on. And eventually they said, you know what?00;13;48;03 - 00;14;02;11UnknownWe're going to go to a place where more people are like us and we're not going to get bullied and pick on. We're going to go to a, we're going to apply and go to a different school. It's a prep school for Ivy League. And they thought that was crazy. I don't have money. I can't go to Ivy League.00;14;02;13 - 00;14;25;29UnknownBut guess what? They got accepted. And then once I got accepted into this prep school, they weren't rich. They didn't have rich parents that put them on a path to go to the Ivy League, to go to Harvard, to go to Princeton, to go to Yale, which then opened up new opportunities for them to help build the company and exit for hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars, $1 billion company.00;14;26;06 - 00;14;49;04UnknownThey cash in check for hundreds of million dollars, completely changes their lives. Wasn't because they were independently capable, intelligent, it was because of the environment that they put themselves in. And go find me somebody who just did it all on their own. They either did it with the team they brought on, they did it with a community they were in.00;14;49;06 - 00;15;17;16UnknownThey were mentored and guided somewhere along the way, and that's just the reality. Nobody is doing this on their own. So the gratitude today is for the people around me, and I'm grateful for that. And I'm grateful for where I'm at. And I'm grateful for the opportunity to be here on this podcast with you. The opportunity to serve our seven figure flipping listeners and our community and give everything I have to give everything I've gotten.00;15;17;20 - 00;15;39;20UnknownI want to give time, stand back. And that's my mission. That's what my calling is. My calling is to serve and to give at the highest level. And with that said, I'm going to leave this podcast with much gratitude for you, and I want to thank you for listening to us, especially if you've been listening to this podcast for a long time.00;15;39;22 - 00;15;49;09UnknownI'm grateful for you, and I hope we continue to provide each other value for many, many years. Thank you and I'll see you on the next one.
