9 Lessons I've Learned in 40 Years

About This Episode

I turned 40 yesterday. It’s a big milestone… and for me, it’s an opportunity to look back.

In 40 years, I’ve spent 18 years in the military, 7 years married, 6 years as a father, 6 years as a real estate investor, and 1 year at the helm of 7 Figure Flipping.

And, oddly enough, June is the month that commemorates most of those things.

June is the month I was born (birthday month!).

It’s the month my oldest son was born.

It’s the month Lucy and I got married (anniversary!).

It’s the month we celebrate Father’s Day.

It’s the month I took over as the leader of 7 Figure Flipping 1 year ago.

This month is packed with moments of reflection for me. So today, I want to share some thoughts and “lessons learned” from 40 trips around the sun.

This is what’s been on my mind lately. I hope it’s encouraging, inspiring, or helpful to you on your own journey.
