My son James has gone through two rounds of open-heart surgeries.

He’s about to start his third round.

Lucy and I took him to the hospital last week for some tests to prep for the surgery, and it got me thinking about an important “mindset shift” that I want to share with you.

This shift is essential if you want to be successful.

It’s even more important if you want to be happy with your life.

So here’s a quick update on what’s happening with James (for those who know my family’s story or who have been following me for a while), plus an important takeaway…
