Amanda learned this firsthand.

She was a teacher for 21 years and started flipping houses on the side to supplement her income.

She got to the point where she was doing about 3 or 4 deals per year.

But the workload was starting to get out of hand.

She was managing rentals, flipping houses, working as a teacher and a counselor, being a single mom to her kids…

…and while the extra income helped, she wanted more time and freedom.
